1. Check-In Time: 3 PM
2. Upon arrival, approach the reception and share your booking details.
3. Security operates 24/7 to assist you in accessing the property.
   • Verification: Passports/IDs of all guests will be checked against submitted information.
   • Damage Deposit: A pre-authorization of 1,000 AED on the main guest's credit card (unless coming from Airbnb or agreed otherwise with your host).
   • Security Check: Reception will cross-check submitted passports with their security portal before allowing entry.

1. Take the elevator to your floor.
2. Use your access code followed by the lock icon and turn the lock counter-clockwise to open the apartment door.
3. Inside the apartment, you'll find access cards for parking and facilities. Some properties may use QR codes.
4. Use the access cards or QR codes to open doors within the building (e.g., pool, gym, main door) and the parking gate.
5. Each apartment has a dedicated parking space. Do not park in other spaces.
6. Read the welcome note inside the apartment for useful information like Wi-Fi password and emergency contact numbers.

• Check-Out Time: Before 11 AM
• Leave all access cards where you found them.
• Our cleaning service will check the apartment at 11 AM.

To maintain high standards and comply with Dubai community rules, please adhere to the following:

1. No smoking inside the apartment.
2. No parties.
3. No loud noises that could disturb neighbors.
4. No activities that could damage or make the apartment excessively untidy.
5. Comply with community rules and instructions from management/security.
6. Check-out by 11 AM on the day of departure.

By arriving at the apartment, you agree to these rules. Violations will result in a penalty fee of 2000 AED plus damages, charged to your credit card, and immediate eviction.

Important Information for Building Access from Parking Area

Due to increased incidents with unregistered visitors, all guests must enter the building via the reception. Access from the parking area is not allowed. In urgent situations (e.g., with luggage, shopping bags, elderly travelers, or children), call the reception, and the concierge will check IDs and open the parking area doors.
